My daughter and I loved the excellent location and the extremely comfortable beds here, it was just across from a busy area.

Its rooms are well priced with fridge and microwave.

it made my trip to south portland a fine experience. the place was fairly clean and staff was super-friendly. the location of the hotel was marvellous, in the most picturesque area. and i loved that it was near to both the airport as well as downtown portland and both the mall.

This place is fairly clean with well-priced and updated units, accompanied by pleasant staff, and a heated pool area, located 10 km away from the airport.

Location was great. Room was quiet.

Empty toothpaste box left on floor. Trash in waste basket from previous guests. No soap or shampoo with the complimentary toiletries available. TV set was flat screen but the brightness bleached out every show we watched and there was no way to adjust it with the remote.

After a rough start the team there were decent and the location was nice.

The facilities just seemed like they haven't been taken care of. I understand that it's a budget hotel, but it shouldn't feel so cheap. I've stayed in budget hotels and they felt more than a budget hotel.

The price was really high for this hotel, even though it was nice. ALso I wish when the bed gets made, they stop putting the blanket only half way up in the bed.

Great place! Had a fantastic stay for the price 🌟. the rooms were a good size and the bed was super comfy. Loved having a dresser and fridge in the room.

Poor tv options. No espn , it was listed on in room guide for tv, and no nesn, which in new england is unforgiveable. Wife had already used shower in room and we didn't really have time or I would have switched to a different hotel. When I called front desk they seemed indifferent that the basic channels for a hotel room weren't available . we weren't having an extended stay but this is disappointing. Wife just stopped working so we can travel more, while checking in saw promotion with incentive to stay multiple times and picked up promotional flyer with red bearded gut on it thinking we would be traveling more. Threw flyer away as I am not interested in your properties if this is the experience one can expect.

This place offers affordable rates with clean and modern rooms, making it our preferred choice whenever we visit this area.

Everything was perfect

The price was good and it was convenient to my work. It was close to anything that I may want. Booking was easy online.

Wifi didn't work. Front desk was clear it was not theirs to fix...I should call the "number". I didn't need to sit on the phone with tech support :(. The bed was VERY firm...too firm for me.
